I'd say you are all way off... Babylohn is the place that Rastariens consider to be paradise on earth.. Eventually they would like to see all rasta children unite there.. It also believed to be the origination of rasta thinking.. It's easy to understand from some of thier qoutes like "So it was in the begining so shall it be in the end"..
