I'm looking at making filters for my lids. Is this okay to use?

The post office has tyvek envelopes for free. Is the post office far?

It is without question that the war on drugs is a failure. It has failed to prevent drug abuse. It has failed to keep drugs out of the hands of addicts. It has failed to stop drug overdoses. It has failed to keep drugs away from teenagers. It has failed to stop the violence associated with drug trafficking. It has failed to help drug addicts get treatment. It has failed to prevent the cultivation of marijuana and the making of illicit drugs. It has failed to halt the flow of illegal drugs into the United States.

I would suspect that the above furnace filter will probably absorb water, and fail when wet.  That's not something I'm certain of, but a general suspicion.

If you have a cheap pillow, it probably has polyfill inside.

I think you would be better off just using micropore tape than that filter.

Injecting through tape and then taping over it isn't ideal, but given your limited resources, it may be your best option.  Do you have access to silicone caulk or RTV?
