Yeah there is not a lot of info about them out there but here is what I have been able to gather and had sucess with. To sprout the seeds you want to sprinkle your seeds on top of a sandy like dense soil(do not cover them) and give them some water. When they sprout you can remove them from that soil and put it in a more nutritious soil, they may seem fragile and risky to move but it should be fine. They do well in some direct sunlight and watering whenever the soil becomes parched.
I have had a high death rate in my sprouts the first time around, although I am not certain of why. Originally I thought they did well in indirect sunlight so that may have been the problem. Germanation rates were suprisingly high with the sandy soil method, much better then some ratios I had read about. I hope this helps.
