Yes, it's possible...
Perhaps if you provided a LITTLE more information (some information would be a start) of your setup, then you might get some answers?
How do you expect us to answer a question with no information?

well it could be alot of things.
whats your air exchange?whats you humidity?how much light are you giving them and what light are you using?
so you pretty much need to give us some insight about your setup so we can take a better guess at it

Two possible causes are a lack of air exchange or a dry casing layer.

Sry, I assumed too much of u guys.
Air exchange is manual fanning 4 times a day, sometimes 1 more time. If I can tell that C02 bulid up is getting high. Have 3 large casings in the fruiting chamber. So bulid up is constant. Air exchange is also assisted by a small rotating fan in the room the setup resides. Doesnt help much, but it keeps air moving.
Humidity is kept between 78-84, by use of perlite and maunal misting when needed. Temps R around 82F in the day, 76F @ night. Light is 12/12.
If that isnt the correct enviorment for cubes, plz tell me what to change. But my question wasnt purtaining to my setup, it was "can pins constantly abort on a case" Have run into aborts in the past of course, but not ones that abort everytime, and I mean every pin. I was hopeing to get someone who ran into this problem before and had some insite on it.

You don't really need 12 hours of light, but that's not a problem. My guess is that you bought a cheap hygrometer and it's not calibrated and your humidity is muct, around 95%. That would explain aborts... If you have 2" perlite and 1/2 " water you should have about 98% RH in there. Also, make sure not to spray alot of water on the casing while it's fruiting that can caus aborts. Other than that... I can't think of anything.
