First Time/ Are these good?

Hi everyone,
I am growing for my first time. I have taking all my direction from Let's Grow Mushrooms videos. I have two questions.
My first and most important is are the below mushrooms still good to eat? I notice there is bluish patches on the cake (mushrooms have already grown). The other cake has a light grey colour on top, this formed after they were birthed, not while in the jars.
My second question is why have these cakes grown differently? They came from the same strain, the cakes that have the brown caps started with the caps (see pics) pertruding first, the other ones started with the stems and still only have the stems (see pics).

Thanks for any help.

The different ones are oyster mushrooms, and the cubes are looking alright. I think you need to fan moar.

The cubes look good, they are getting plenty of fresh air, you can tell because the base of the shrooms has no fuzzy mycelium. But there is some bruising, either caused by handling or not enough misting. The blueish areas could possibly be young trichoderma, but from the pics I can't make a proper diagnosis, need some close up clear shots of those areas.
Oysters don't like super high humidity like cubes do, so maybe that's why they look a little rough. I think oysters prefer 70-85% humidity, but don't hold me to it.
You most likely ordered your syringe from spores101, they have been screwing people on a daily basis with those cubensis syringes filled with oyster spores.

All of the Cubes would have fuzzy feet if there was an FAE issue, genetics can also cause it sometimes.

Thanks, for the quick replies. First of all, yes this is a product from spores101, lesson learned.
Secondly what is a FAE issue? Is it still safe to consume?
Thanks,
