I bought some Maca recently, it's good shit but heavy on the energy release.

yea its kind of like a natural vitamin supplement with carbs and amino acids..

Ah, I thought it's effects were those of a supplement as well as being stimulant.

i dont think there is any real evidence it is a stimulant. it gives teh feeling of warmth because of its hard-to-digest properties. thats just my thoughts though, and i havnt foudn any other evidence to say definativly otherwise.

Tremendously powerful (at least the stuff I use is), however as with the use of many of these supplements a good nutritional base and stable psychological state are essential.
