Mmmmmm alot of you can COOK! Tonight i'm supposed to be baking my take on an Idaho sunrise. An idaho sunrise is a hollowed out potatoe baked with an egg, bacon, cheese, whatever else. Mine is going to be with egg, bratwurst, cheese, onion, red and green pepper, various seasonings, and going to top it with sour cream. This would also be good for breakfast. I will post a picture if it works out!

you guys made cheesy taters?
I made smoked chix breast with scratch made BBQ sauce on rice noodles with steamed kale and shiitakes.
Everything was sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and the sauce was made of caramelized onion, rice wine, chilli oil, sesame oil, olive oil, garlic, red wine, sweet rice vinegar, tomato sauce, pineapple juice... I put about 12oz of pineapple juice in and cooked it back down to concentrate the flavor. It's the best easy bbq sauce you can make!

Calamari fried rice, straight from my pan. mixing in a variety of vegetables, as well as a dash of unagi sauce for extra flavor.

sure it's just Bob's Redmill GF pizza crust mix. you can get it in bulk at the factory outlet... add water, oil, yest, and it has the rest in it. This dough recipe is a little strange, it comes out very sticky and it does not raise up like a balloon as it would if it had glutens in it. You have to oil your hands and press it into it's shape-- the oil keeps the sticky dough from clinging to your hands. Then you have to pre-bake the crust for 7min before adding the topping and bake for about 17min. or so.
people who eat gluten free know that gluten free bread is not the same. It's heavier, and has more carbs than standard bread dough...
the sauce I made from (again) browned onion, chilli & garlic paste, some itallian herbs, a handfull of fresh basil, tomato sauce, and a pineapple juice/red wine reduction. Salt and pepper to taste. I've made so many sauces it's like 2nd nature and I barely think about it any more... You know like your first couple rounds of PF tek jars, you're looking constantly at the instructions and trying not to mess it up then after a while you can do it in your sleep... same deal
then after the sauce it got some onion dice, pineapple chunks, thin sliced shiitakes and hand pulled chicken shreds
