Jerked 'em wangs with a Walkerswood sauce that was quite legit. Started off with the MILD iteration, which definitely wasn't mild, perfect heat to my taste... which kinda makes me feel a bit tenuous about the HOT jar I have on deck!

Then this thing happened...

Jamon serrano, pineapple, shallots (mixed with olive oil and garlic salt prior to bake), chopped spinach, calabrian chilis (spicy but not killer, and excellent fruity-ish flavor). Used a Mexican cheese blend since that's all I had at the moment, and a can of Muir Glen organic pizza sauce.
The ready made pizza sauce is fine, sometimes I make my own. The mexi cheese blend is also fine although my preference is for some whole milk mozz + jack and/or gouda. You'll often find a dusting of parmesan reggiano and sometimes even burrata as the final topping on my pies.
Dough is simple 2c bread flour + 0.8c 110*F water, tsp of yeast, tsp sugar, 2tsp garlic salt, shake of dried italian seasoning + couple tbsp olive oil. Let proof for 2-4 hours and get'r done.
Here are a couple of other iterations...

Pesto's always nice

Last night's supper, red lentil and veggie tandoori masala. Used a nice citrusy beer as a base for the sauce. Looks like a mess but was delicious

When ya want Indian, get yerself some goddamn Indian.
Tried a new joint tonight since they had a 20% off promo on DoorDash and I’ve been curious about ‘em since they opened right as the pandemic hit. Got some Korma chicken (creamy sauce), Sylheti chicken (spicy tomato sauce), Saag Aloo (spinach and potatoes), veggie samosa, garlic naan bread, basmati rice and some raita (spiced yogurt). Satisfied my craving, but there are a couple other joints around here I’d order from first next time.
