Duder, you need to update the second-to-last photo in your stuffed cabbage recipe thread with the one you used here!

Last night was yellowfin tuna (fresh from the Hudson canyon) Done medium rare over white rice with avocado and a teriyaki citrus sauce
I've been over cooking my tuna because of food poisoning and the irrational paranoia that goes with it, but I really don't have anything to worry about. If the tuna was personally caught I trust it. Definitely going to make the next tuna steaks rare next time
Tonight is swordfish with a mango salsa and coconut rice. I'll update with a picture once it's plated
So much fish to eat from last fishing trip

Roasted radicchio, interesting! I assume they finish faster than the carrots? Unless you cut the carrots super thin and left the radicchio in thicker chunks?
Realroll, nice lookin' fish dishes... I love me some fruit salsa with my fishies. One of our family staples is a citrus (microplane the orange skin) honey/soy glazed salmon baked and served alongside a mango/orange/cilantro/green-onion salted salsa. Some sort of steamed veggie or salad or sometimes even cous cous rounds the plate out.
Here we have chili cheese tamale with some home made pico de gallo for the kiddo...

And for me, a chirachi bowl and EPIC spam musubi with avocado and krab mix.

Yup! I put them in the pan when the carrots are about 1/2 way.
Wow, did you prepare those ? It all looks fantastic !

Early dinner last Sunday, fried eggs, sprats, steel cut oats, five bean mix, sharp cheddar and red cabbage, turnips, onions and red peppers.
Tonight stuffed cabbage, some meat and some with mushrooms.

Faeroese salmon filet, roasted in butter with broccoli and cauliflower on cream-garlic-tomato-sauce, with sauted brown mushrooms and onions and parlsey.
The wife was pleased, so am I.. This salmon was so damn good, the tastiest fish-meal I ever made.

Going to enjoy that right now and try this website meanwhile. I need some help with my studies and I think there I will be able to find some answers. After the dinner I planned a little walk in the forest with my dog and yoga session.

Dinner last night was awesome. Tried a new pizza joint, Triple Beam Pizza... which is too far for normal delivery (if they even offer it), and a bit on the pricier side. This had me hesitant, as I was never confident DoorDash could get it to me without being disappointingly cold and soggy. But even though it wasn't hot out the oven, it was hot enough, and the chew of the crust with several pieces retaining good crisp, not to mention the epic toppings, sealed the deal.
SOLD!
- Acorn Squash w/ Honey & Crushed Red Chilis
- Roasted Fennel & Sausage
- Roasted Mushroom & Shallot
- Spicy Salami w/ Green Olives & Calabrian Chilis
- San Marzano Tomato & Fresh Mozz w/ Basil
- Pineapple/Proscuitto/Jalapeno

Even the dough knots were dankly succulent, decadent and impregnated with buttery garlic flavor.

Trader Joes orange chicken. Hard to compete, feeding a family of 3 for $4.99 + $1 rice + $2 broccoli.
And it is dank!

Gruel Porridge, chopped onion, celery, carrots and beets, poultry seasoning, bay leaf, black pepper, fish sauce and oatmeal. This was my first bowl and the oatmeal is just barely cooked, the following bowls the oatmeal thickened the gruel porridge.

couple of previous dinners,
Liver and onions, mixed vegies and mujadara with onions and currants.
Something like Pho,
Duck broth with fish sauce, soy sauce, white wine garlic and ginger
