Herb marinated chicken breast, 2 layers of Swiss cheese, tomato, garlic caramelized sweet onion, basil mayo, pretzel bun.
Made potato chips and a lovely beet goatcheese salad with pistachios and arugula with a lemon sherry dressing but forgot to take pictures as we were entertaining.
Was really happy with the sandwich, it was excellent.
I'm making surf and turf tonight and will snap some pictures.

Made some turkisch styled garlic breaddies yesterday.
Garlic, eggs, yoghurt, flower, salt, parlsey and baking soda, formed to a dough and then slowly pan-fried till they are golden.
And yes, they were golden.

From a few days ago:
German styled roasted potatoes with onions, garlic & egg (no bacon as the wife is 99% vegetarian), topped with parlsey, cheese and roasted bread-crutons.

Just finished eating a pretty basic bitch breakfast lol. Its okay tho since I lost hundreds of dollars and countless hours worth of prepp3d meals, stocks, soups and so on plus the meats and everything in the fridge that couldnt be eaten without power.
Some fried kielbasa sausage, over easy eggs with creamy havarti melted on top, on toasted pita. Saute onion/peps on side
