oh no, once upon a time i wanted to but not after seeing the ins and outs of the industry. i tend bar and enjoy being creative with it.
with food i need a combination on inspiration and loved ones, i tend to view my own meals as sustenance rather than indulgence.
i used to entertain very regularly and did some banger meals but now a days that is rare and im working nights again which makes it hard.
il make something fun on my days off this week.
i should say as well that i firmly disagree with the ethics of the food industry and think humans relationship with food is going to massively change in the next 20 years, mushroom gruel for all of us peons.

Made "Sloppy Joes" tonight for me and my partner. I'm not sure if they have that outside of the midwest US but it's pretty much ground beef cooked with tomato paste / onions / green bell pepper and a bit of brown sugar.
Cooked some up w/ ground Bison and made some corn on the cob and green beans! Do I always eat this well? lmao fuck no

ReposadoXochipilli do you have a recipe for that corn salsa? Honestly everything you posted is right up my alley, if you have time to post the recipes for any of those I would absolutely put them to use.

Grilled a flank steak and some nice and extra cheesy and creamy mac and cheese.

Makin a crab stuffed salmon from costco. I seasoned it alittle as usual but have this red pepper jelly to go on top. Think Im ganna slap that on in the last 5 mins of cooking.
