Thanks!
Carrots and celeries first, together with the sausage slices and a piece of butter. Simmer. After ten minutes I add the fresh parsley, leeks and the potatos. Simmer again for like 15min. At the end I add just a little potato-puree-powder, to thicken up the brew a bit and give it a better, thicker consistency.
For taste I add salt, pepper, chilipowder, paprika powder, garlic powder, little lovage & little sugar. Done.
Used sweet potatos my first time and my god the taste is awesome! I'm so full right now, ate three big bowls.

I cook to the soup up for supper yesterday. It was very good. Reminds me of a low German Mennonite soup call somma borcht. The main difference is sorrel instead of parsley and farmer sausage instead of Italian sausage. I kind of like this one better though

Never had king crab, looks delicious!

This is what I made yesterday, turkeybreast baked with cheese ontop, served with vegetables.

- Today it's meatball-carrot-soup, boiled in marrowbone-broth. Not ready yet, but I posted some pics of this meal already a few weeks back as I make it every once in a month or so.
