Awesome burgers, is there chili & cumin in the meat? Looks very nice!
That pizza looks fire, too, hope it was still delicious..
This is what I made yesterday, "Fleischklößchensuppe" ("soup with meatballs"):

Boil some marrowbones in hot salty water for an hour, then filter out the bones and keep the liquid. Prepare meatballs: 1 egg, 300g ground meat, few breadcrumps, salt & pepper all mixed and rolled to small balls.
Simmer carrots and meatballs in your liquid for half an hour, then add a handfull of small nudels, simmer again for 10min, done.
Today I'm going to make some poultry /turkey cordon bleu, will post pictures later!

I need to start taking some pics of the stuff I do. I've got a chef crashing my couch too, so we've been playing a lot. Tonight was leftover ham sandwiches but last night was grilled broccoli and pork chops.

I've usually eaten it before I've taken the picture, today though I made and I'm having the same thing I had yesterday, I made it and the Paneer was frozen, yesterday I added Swiss to this soup.

Red lentils, fennugreek, Paneer, onions, tomato paste, red wine grated tumeric, pepper, ground cumin, cayenne, salt and some butter butter pats after this picture was taken.

Thank you!
Fried cod, pickled Hen of the Woods, fermented curried chopped onion and slaw.
Fried cod was dredged in potato starch then an egg wash and corn flake crumbs.

Chicken salad made from a leftover store bought rotisserie chidken. I'm going to cook the bones and scraps in some water and make something like scrapple thickening it with corn meal and oatmeal and seasoning it with a lot of sage.
