Grilled a chicken breast that I marinaded in balsalmic vinegar overnight, with some brown rice on the side.

Lamb burgher covered with Kimchi and penne rigate covered with pureed winter squash, butter and a lot of rubbed sage.

Winter squash is such a mild flavor, it's amazing how well it goes with sage which is pungent IMO.

Been on vacation a few days, ate fish daily, so good.

Now I'm back home, today it's pork. Escalopes marinated two hours ago, served with potato wedges and green salat.

My first selfmade cordon bleu I made a few days ago.

Thin pork tranches wraped around bacon and cheese once, then breaded and fried in pan at medium heat for 15min with lid closed to keep it juicy!
