Best way to eat past!

Tonight, first dinner: leftover hot dogs, apple sauce and kim chi

Second dinner

Lamb and eggplant casserole, eggplants sweated and baked, ground lamb browned then mixed with a jar of salsa and cumin and cinnamon, those two things layered and Monterey Jack and Feta.

Oy! Spinach bread is put together well, how did you get the spinach ready to go in the bread?

Leftover Easter Lamb scrap, slaw, and Kippered Herring on a salad, dressed with yellow mustard, fish sauce and olive oil.

Thanks i have like 3 sets of plates from the years of having roommates.  I like the square ones because they curve up in the corners so it gives room for sauce or building a plate vertically.

Made a southwest chicken salad with mixed greens, heirloom cherry tomatoes, carrots, pico de gallo, shredded mexican cheese, and pumpkin seeds with cilantro creamy dressing. Corn tostadas with black beans, queso fresco, chicken seasoned with the usual mexican spices and a charred pineapple bourbon glaze.

Country style ribs with 3x baked potato, cole slaw, and roll.

This baby moth fucker devoured my entire bell pepper leaves wise and without missing a beat was eating the entire 3 peppers himself, all within 24 hours. Too little too late i let it enjoy itself.

@ falcon the spinach bread was prebought but i have plans for a bread maker, used to have one growing up.
