Pancetta pan seared for 5 minutes on each side with oregano and black pepper grated on it fresh grated parmesan and  3 cheese ravioli filled  with parmesan, mozzarella and ricotta

Did a little holiday brunch
Quiche with bacon, maple glazed ham,  mushroom,  sauted onion. Potato with parmeson and rosemary, asparagus and hollandaise. Cresent,  crepe with raspberries and blueberries and marscapone with lemon, vanilla, and maple syrup

Yeaah it was delicious , only really missing fresh basil leaves for color and added flavor

The fam decided on mexican tonight so no pasta.  Have some chicken in the slow cooker with some chocolate stout with garlic and cumin. Will post pictures later, think I'm doing enchiladas.

Roasted purple carrots,  roasted glazed brussle sprouts with champagne vinager, roasted butternut squash puree with red onion curry cumin and cinnamon,  portabella stuffed with fresh basil and pistachio lemon pesto mozzarella and panko honey crumbs, panko crusted chicken breasts.

Pizza was a fail safe for my mom who is less adventurous about my cooking.

Italian seasoned zucchini, onion with evoo, 20 garlic clove chicken pan seared with thyme rosemary basil red pepper with homemade mashed potatoes garnished with green onion and basted with the garlic broth from chicken

Both renditions look tasty, healthy as well unless you are a real glutton with the potatoes via cream and butter.

It's cold and raining so i made up a batch of chili with some creamy cornbread.
