I watched it get run over on my way home. 20 minutes later he was sizzling in my skillet.
Most of the meat was salvaged, 4 or 5 pounds.
Roasted rabbit and carrots
And fried rabbit, onion and sweet potato.

Got two meals outa him

what is this lettuce, sriracha and mayo drizzle, and tomato, salt & pepper, sitting on...? ketchup-glazed homemade meatloaf in a medium size layer on a Brizzolio Soft Roll™; same tomatoes, on the side, drizzled with Avocado oil.

same meatloaf, same set-up, no tomatoes, but this time, as an addition, i had pepperjack cheese, to turn it up a notch with the sriracha, since no T.

oh and on Rye bread, golden brown (except the part where, i forgot to turn it, and the crust on one side was burnt so i removed it, with finesse, and then took a big bite and...IT WAS GOOOOOOD.

Never worked in a restaurant, huh? I'm constantly flipping 10 steaks that all have to come out perfect.

Last night I made shrimp linguine in a mozzarella basil cream sauce. It came out OK but I didn't have enough cheese so I thickened it with a blonde roux. Added a bit too much and it all locked up on me so I had to thin it back out. Was still pretty decent but a little bland.

it's more like i don't have a professional kitchen to work in, and i have only just me, in a small ass home kitchen, with no mise en place, because the objective of making dinner is sprung on me, all of a sudden, unexpectedly. it's just hectic timing, more than anything.

 but no, no kitchen experience either. just food network.

Damn son, that's how you do tacos.
I'd prefer puffy flour tortillas, but...still. Yum.

Yummy. So much meat you even had to double layer the tortillas on them bitches. Those cheese burgers look mouth watering too...

For dinner tonight I had chicken alfredo with a caesar salad. Agh, shit I wish I could eat some more right now but don't want to be a fat ass. Lol.
