Not quite my dream setup but who the fuck spends $5,000 on a receiver?  My new excuse to sit on the couch and eat tacos and drink bad beer.

I like to eat what I can collect, catch, or grow for dinner, as often as I can. Steelhead from the Trinity river with roasted potatoes and carrots from the garden..

I'm having blueberry waffles right now.

I keep seeing them every time I go into the grocery store.

This time I said I have to eat some. It's been a while.

Biscuit pizza, made with Aldi's gluten free pizza dough. Made the shell on a 12" iron griddle. Toppings were Provolone, Asiago, Feta, green olives, salami, tomatoes, spinach and anchovies. Baked on the griddle to finish. Tastes like a big round flat biscuit with toppings.
