Heck yeah tek yeah! I love the lamb
LoLz!
Lamb is fucking spectacular.
I have this Greek seasoning spice mix that is just amazing on it.
I have never made lamb soup so this unknown waters for me.
im 100% confident it's going to be good though, i have a really good idea i just need to eat up the rest of these delicious shoulders first.
$3 / lb on the shoulders i had to buy two at that price dayam!

I'm roasting some chicken quarters in Merlot with browned onion, shallot, garlic, marjoram, parsley, chilli paste, anchovy paste, and tomato sauce, with some duck fond and a rub of smoked paprika mixed with 5-spice and sugar, some of my dehydrated morel stash and garlic and stuff... it's better than your average purina puppy chow
sounds amazing!

I love that you have a side of hammer with your dinner. To get out those last few drops of A1, no doubt.

there's a bit of a trick to frying tofu that nobody told me about--- so I fucked it up and made spicy chicken fried rice instead.

Pork tenderloin or veggie "chicken" scaloppini, roasted broccoli, "Mediterranean" risotto with kalamata olives, marinated button mushrooms, and fresh mozarella. And homemade sweet potato (instead of pumpkin - we had a bunch of sweet potatoes) loaf for dessert!

what's crackin peeps,
Just made a pan of spanish rice (paella) and gonna roll up some chicken enchiladas and slap them suckers in the oven... I still have some smoke chicken meat from the other day so that's going in the corn tortillas with the paella and getting rolled up into the pan with queso, olives, salsa, and more salsa. And some salsa. with salsa on it. YUM!

has anyone in here ever tried "ink-sauce" paella??
I was able to get the canned version of ink-sauce locally, and I'm considering how to prepare it.

Steak au poivre! So simple, so sublime! if there's sugar in your balsamic reduction then it's technically a gastrique

Great tune!
how did the LSD pair with the chicken ??

any leftovers??
I'm working up a nice chicken stock right now with mirepoix, leftover chix and bones, fresh tumeric root, marjoram, cumin, a dash of cinnamon.
and i'm trying to decide what to do with these:
