Damn, what a nice thread!!
Here's what I did just yesterday, my first 100%-selfmade pasta with tomato-sauce:
..

It smelled and tasted so good I forgot to take a picture of the final plate but started eating immediately.

- roasted bacon & chopped onions - roasted pork & beef, big chunks - chopped paprika & chilli
All cooked down to goulash for three hours, mixed with spaetzle (egg-rich noodles). Best.taste.ever
That's one portion, I have enough for two days left.

Goulash again, I make it every once in a month. Enough for 2-3 days for two people.
500g beef, 300g pork, 150g ham, two big onions, three big paprika, garlic, parlsay, chillipepper, cream, salt and pepper.
Roast ham and onions, then the meat in hot pot, season with garlic, pepper and parlsay, add water and cook /simmer for two hours. Add paprika and little cream and boil for another 20min. Thicken with roux and flavour with salt & chillipepper. Serve with noodles, potatoes, or rice.

Thanks! My girlfriend is a professional cook and I myself have worked in a big hospital kitchen for a year, there I got some cooking experience. My girl gives me tips, but as she cooks at work she is too lazy to cook in the evening, so dinner is made by me, every day!

Been on vacation a few days, ate fish daily, so good.
Now I'm back home, today it's pork. Escalopes marinated two hours ago, served with potato wedges and green salat.

My first selfmade cordon bleu I made a few days ago.
Thin pork tranches wraped around bacon and cheese once, then breaded and fried in pan at medium heat for 15min with lid closed to keep it juicy!

Awesome burgers, is there chili & cumin in the meat? Looks very nice!
That pizza looks fire, too, hope it was still delicious..
This is what I made yesterday, "Fleischklößchensuppe" ("soup with meatballs"):

Boil some marrowbones in hot salty water for an hour, then filter out the bones and keep the liquid. Prepare meatballs: 1 egg, 300g ground meat, few breadcrumps, salt & pepper all mixed and rolled to small balls.
Simmer carrots and meatballs in your liquid for half an hour, then add a handfull of small nudels, simmer again for 10min, done.
Today I'm going to make some poultry /turkey cordon bleu, will post pictures later!

Just made me a bunch of turkey-breast, roasted with cheese on top. Sadly no pic, as the battery of my dslr-cam is empty, lol.
But it lookes good, I swear.

Thanks!
Carrots and celeries first, together with the sausage slices and a piece of butter. Simmer. After ten minutes I add the fresh parsley, leeks and the potatos. Simmer again for like 15min. At the end I add just a little potato-puree-powder, to thicken up the brew a bit and give it a better, thicker consistency.
For taste I add salt, pepper, chilipowder, paprika powder, garlic powder, little lovage & little sugar. Done.
Used sweet potatos my first time and my god the taste is awesome! I'm so full right now, ate three big bowls.

Never had king crab, looks delicious!

This is what I made yesterday, turkeybreast baked with cheese ontop, served with vegetables.

- Today it's meatball-carrot-soup, boiled in marrowbone-broth. Not ready yet, but I posted some pics of this meal already a few weeks back as I make it every once in a month or so.
