Is that a deep fried hamburger?
You are my hero!
I'm having Chili Dogs.. I made a pot of chili two days ago and I'm not about to eat another bowl just by its self..
Tomorrow = Chili for lunch with an anti-acid chaser and a chili and cheddar burger for supper. It should all be gone by then.
Halusky Fries.. I recently bought a ricer just for making gnocchi and still haven't made any fried...
Great, now I want a deep fryer.

and for you newbs--- beef grading is as follows: ungraded, select, choice, prime, kobe
any rib-eye you find at the store that is less than $12/lb is probably select grade or ungraded beef. There's nothing wrong with the lower grade beef but you should sort through them and find the one with the best marbled fat... that's where its at.
ungraded beef has a a greater degree of variation throughout the cut-- meaning at one end of the rib roast you might have something that resembles "prime" and at the other end it might be too lean to be considered select grade...
Actually the Beef grading process if 100% voluntary and is only done to establish a price point.
The beef grades are from top to bottom; Prime, Choice, Select, Standard, Commercial, Utility, Cutter, Canner.
Kobe is not a grade of beef and ungraded means just like it sounds. It's ungraded. While it may seem that a loin looses quality from the rib end to the loin end, that's just the nature of the meat. In fact the grading is done from the leaner side between the 12th and 13th rib and the grader never sees the marbling in the ribeye.
While I love a good ribeye, a good chuck eye is almost just as good. The Chuck Eye is the part on top of the ribeye thats most tender. Just a few inches up into the shoulder and off the loin that tender part gets bigger and turns into a steak all of its own. Grilled is a MUST for a ribeye and I like both the butter and dry kind. I do mine with A1.

Braised steak tips Avocado and tomato salad Sauteed mushrooms and onions Scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and tomatillo.

I've got two chunks of chuck eye steaks left. I'm thinking steak and eggs again tonight...

Trader Joes probably has a case discount too but be weary of anything that Trader Joes puts their name on. They are notorious for reformulating recipes at the manufacturing level in order to make the price cheaper. Trader Joes has never once claimed that they are an all natural grocer and many of their foods are loaded with bad ingredients. Do a comparison and see for yourself. Many items they sell look the same but the ingredients are slightly altered to make them cheaper to make. That is how they get to put their name on everything they sell. The one thing about Trader Joes is that they do cheap very, very well. We sell Tejava at my store for $1.60.
