Thee nights running,

the dressing is olive oil, white vinegar, little white balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper and crumbled feta cheese. the diced bits are peeled seeded cucumbers, peeled tomatoes, green pepper, yellow pepper, onion, mozzarella with sliced black olive, salad shrimp and drained shredded canned albacore.
This is more of dessert tonight, I had this after a burger, cheddar, tomato, romaine and onions and mayo.

Biscuit pizza, made with Aldi's gluten free pizza dough. Made the shell on a 12" iron griddle. Toppings were Provolone, Asiago, Feta, green olives, salami, tomatoes, spinach and anchovies. Baked on the griddle to finish. Tastes like a big round flat biscuit with toppings.

I'm currently making a lentil and tomato soup (it's a stew at this point) and serving it over rice. It's got fresh crushed and diced tomatoes, lentils, onions, plenty garlic, and seasoned with fresh ginger, cumin, tiny bit of nutmeg, salt pepper, paprika, little chilli power, tiny bit of cayenne, and sugar! Pretty yum.

Ooh never added nutmeg to lentils, going to next time i make some.

Succotash!
I had tortillias with mozzerella and butter, some cream of carrot soup with ginger and some curry powder. And this gruel, rice with Slippery Jacks and various other Suillus pureed with an immersion blender and a peeled chopped apple and some kimchi.
Next time I'll make it with figs, the fruit need to be sweeter in this for me. Ate this with chutney and sour cream.
