BZ!
Also, in the ingredients, I forgot to mention the very essential Peruvian white corn: choclo

Alright, today: Peruvian Lomo Saltado
Marinated strips of sirloin steak stir-fry with soy sauce, chopped red onion, tomatoes, crispy French fries and the unmissable ají amarillo, served with rice on the side.
Now, I don't cook. This was my meal when I went out to eat: The lomo saltado I had was made with chicken
(the juice made the fries soggy)
For reference, here's a picture of classic lomo saltado made with actual steak:

Just in case you're wondering, that yellow drink is Inka Kola soda

(According to wiki: Americans compare its flavor to bubblegum or cream soda, and it is sometimes categorized as a champagne cola.)

I really like it & don't think its taste is anything like bubble gum. Then again, I grew up drinking inca kola and enjoy drinking most types of soda (especially since I started to try not drinking alcohol).
This is my ranking, approximately:
1. coca cola 2. dr. pepper 3. cherry coke 4. inka kola 5. orange fanta (delicious - made by the nazis) 6. pineapple fanta 7. strawberry fanta 8. 7up 9. squirt 10. ??? (nothing diet or zero - I know many people who prefer these versions)
