I'm living large tonight, got a Bloomspot promotional certificate for a Kitchen Counter 10 course tasting with wine pairing at Stefan's LA Farm.  The head chef took second place in the 5th season of Top Chef.

did he make it to second with his tater tots and hidden valley ranch salad
dressing or the corn dogs? fine dining seems to have changed over the years

does the local mall know that you've stolen their landscaping for your dinner?

Stuffed red  bell peppers (ground beef & breadcrumbs & cheese for the husband, veg equivalent for me) with spicy sweet potato oven fries.  Yummy!

those are awesome!  Actually they're a house speciality and a favorite here!

here is the spicy kimchi-rice with seared long-choi crimni and char-grilled chix (all gluten free, even the sauces) and a glass of nigori sake:

a couple of months ago in atlanta I had picked up a large bag of pak choi, I
used a couple for soups and ate the rest over the course of a week the same
way, occasionally for breakfast and sometimes for lunch, a little soy and
lemon got me started that little binge but I couldnt pass up 5lbs of pak
choi for $2
