Ground Brown Rice

For the first time I used Coffee bean grinder-ground Brown rice. I used:
2 cups verm
1 cup water
1 cup of Ground BR
It was powdery w/ some small chunks of BR. Anyways ofter the steri I was concerened about moisture. I opened it up and the cunks of BR were cooked. And when it was squshed together it stuck together. It was not driping of any moisture but it wasnt cracker dry. Is this fine? Just not sure becasue of the GBR.

i can only tell u that i used brf hold not ground up mixed with verm. and that thing wouldnt stop giving big fruits.

If you did you just had to put the brown rice in the coffee grinder to turn it into brown rice flour(BFR).I make alot of it more then what I think i'm going to use to save me the trouble from having to grind some more up,and as for the water you just have to gauge it but adding water and when you squeeze you mixture that it will JUST START TO YEILD WATER.when you put the substrate into the jars don't pack in down!!!

brown rice is whire rice with only 1 husk removed 2 years at cooking school and this is almost all I can remember
