Alright time to fix some stuff up. I took a few shots to add as well:
Paneaolus Cyanescens pins:

Glow in the dark mushroom mycelium (Omphalotus nidiformis):

Edible Enoki mycelium (Flammulina velutipes) looks very cobweb-like but thats normal:

Great sets there Kmil!
We are needing more shots of "basic" brf jars colonizing, and other normal everyday stuff.
Also need more shots of contams of all types, and I especially want more shots of your fucked up fruiting chambers, or mistakes you've made. Another great way for new people to learn is to see YOUR mistakes. Don't be shy!

these are the very first two pf jars that i ever made. they were not tapered nor wide mouthed.. with perlite mixed in..and the absence of any metal lids, just tyvek rubber banded on.

i was surprised to say the least that i still got it to work for me thou ,i think this pic might be the first flush from the one jar that didnt have the black mold i think i picked up the contam when i had to add extra cc's of water mid-way thru colonization to compensate for the heating pad drying out the bottoms of the jars. you can see how much the perlite helped produce a wicked heavy flush!
i believe ive came a long way since then thanks to the
oh,, almost forgot my first pin !!

That's going to help a lot Frank. Its very important to know what trich looks like before it turns green. Because by then its already too late.

Here's a couple pics of WBS growth from an agar wedge, the PE are either monoculture slants or very close to it. I didn't keep great track

Start to finish...could have put more effort into it, showing the glovebox prep and setup but i'd need a extra pair of arms
Its a good write up, the flushes in your post op are good examples of what the new guys would want to begin playing with agar cloning.
Cheers!

Yeah, but a few good, representative, and (most importantly) in-focus images would be better than a massive number of blurry, mundane shots.

I loved this idea when it first got started. Now it seems to me the thread is getting bloated with redundant, second and third-rate images.
