I just added the abbreviations(cleaned up version) to the General Information section, and updating the Supplies and Materials section right now.
I edited the abbreviations to only keep the MOST relevant, most used:

That was a lot of typing. I just caught up to the Supplies and Materials section, I am hoping everyone has time to check it out, and give me some input. Make suggestions, corrections, or request changes, just let me know what you think. Does not matter who you are, everyone here is equal.
Supplies and Materials: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17286364#17286364
We still need pics for everything, but mainly Supplies and Materials, and Genetic Mutations section. Just leave the pics, I'll do the rest. I do not half ass anything, and I do not plan leaving this thread alone until I feel it is a complete. ultimate. guide.
As always, taking suggestions on ways to improve the thread, or sections. I am the most open-minded person you'll meet, just throw whatever you got at me.
Edit: We are also in need of a FAQ, I will eventually get to it, but if anyone would like to help out, and get it started, just do it. I'll just add on to whatever you write.

i guess this is more a curiosity question if this should be included. what about teks? i know theres a lot of them but most of them boil down to the similar basics but differ from the small additions one can opt for. or the best newb friendly ones to get them on the right path so they know the basics. thats the only thing i can think of lol cause this guide is already awesome and has helped me alot. thank you to everyone and thank you Tmethyl for putting this all together in one place!!

I know what you mean, I've always assumed that this guide was for the inexperienced, but I guess I automatically assumed they has SOME basic knowledge of mushroom cultivation. Which has not been the case, I do want to make things simple and enjoyable for everyone.
I think I can solve this problem by placing something like this, on the original post:
To gain basic knowledge of mushroom cultivation, and fruiting chamber construction, please watch these videos, BRF/PK tek parts 1-4: Let's Grow Mushrooms! By: RogerRabbit
This way, they will have basic knowledge of the proper teks, and can use my guide to expand the knowledge. Moving onto bulk substrates, and such. Thank you, Timsmith, for bringing up this point.

Someone recently asked me what perlite was and I came up with a stock photo, definition and how it's used for our purposes [very abbreviated]. Not sure you can use it but:

Definition: In horticulture, perlite can be used as a soil amendment or alone as a medium for hydroponics or for starting cuttings. When used as an amendment it has high permeability / low water retention and helps prevent soil compaction.
We at the Shroomery use it in the PF Tek and it is placed in a 4-5 inch layer at the bottom of your fruiting chamber. It is soaked in water and drained first causing a humid environment.
Thanks,

Just updated the Supplies and Materials
This was added:
BRF - Brown rice flour, the main nutritional ingredient in BRF/PF cakes, keep this bag sealed very well, it has a tendency to attract many insects and parasites - Tmethyl
70% alcohol, this is the optimal sanitizing agent used in mushrooms cultivation, this also comes in 50% (too weak) and 91% (too strong) 70% is optimal because it has just the right amount of water and alcohol to allow cellular osmosis, thus killing contamination and sanitizing more effectively, use 70% - Tmethyl
Perlite, a very popular item in mushroom cultivation, it has many pits, craters and cavities on a macroscopic level, this gives it a massive surface area, making perlite one of the best materials for evaporation. It's used to humidify SGFC(shotgun fruiting chambers) among other things - Headacherelief(1) & Tmethyl(3)
Gypsum! Gypsum will definitely increase yields when added to horse manure, or ANY other substrate for that matter. Calcium and sulfur are both nutrients used in mushroom fruitbody formation. In addition, gypsum prevents the wild swings in pH we often see as the mushroom mycelium colonizes a substrate. Use it at 5% to 10% by volume - Tmethyl
Horse manure, the picture below displays perfectly aged manure, it has been leeched in the field, and is ready to use. It will have only a slight earthy smell, if your manure spells of ammonia or smells fresh, it is not aged enough - Tmethyl
Wild bird seed (WBS), this form of grains are used for spawn, very popular, very effective, and very cheap. This stuff comes in so many different types and brands that I see posts of people trying to find the right kind on a daily basis. The below picture is the CORRECT MIXTURE - Tmethyl
Sterile swabs, these have many uses, but I use them to transfer spores from a print to a syringe or to a shotglass, then sucked up with syringe, etc - Tmethyl

I've got a surprise for the "What it Shouldn't Look Like" section.
Behold..
Maggots! (probably fungal gnat larvae, or similar species)

I accidently left a spawn jar of (Agaricus sp) open/loose. Gnats got in. You can see the maggots are secreting an enzyme which is not only killing the mycelium, but liquifying the grains, it's also possible that the maggots brought in some bacteria.

Don’t know if it’s any use but…
Koh Samui myc on straw log, approx. 2 weeks old & almost fully colonized.

Well, I say straw log but I called into the stables where a friend works and he literally grabbed two handfuls of hay (not straw) from a feed-bale for me, heh, it had seed heads and everything!!
