If one were to clone something like that, what are the chances of a whole tub of those?

Since cloning is not exactly a strain isolation (even a clone can have multiple strains within it) MOST of the tub would grow upside down, but not all of it. You would need to isolate and fruit out each strain inside the clone, then find which strain is causing the mutation of upside down growth. Then inoculate a grain master with a agar wedge of the mutated strain, than G2G multiple, then monotub.

I tried cloning an upside down double mutant before. 6/10 were a success but showed signs of senesing after being transferred only once to new agar plates. Most my iso strains can be transfer 15+ times before they being to degenerate..
Atm I have another upside down double growing and a sporeless. I'm going to clone both and pray that they take. :3

As a side note to everyone, DO NOT DELETE YOUR FUCKING PICTURES IN YOUR ALBUMS. I just had to remove 2 entries in the OP because 2 people deleted the pics in their albums. The site will no longer host the pictures and an error pic will display "This pic was deleted by the poster". If one of your pics is being used, DON'T DELETE IT.

so i had a bad jar, but in the name of science/this thread i put it in a shoe box so people could some clear pics of cobweb on substrate, a few days later it looks gnarly
and the immediate effect that 3% Hydrogen Peroxide has on it
Heres a tip that others might find useful, most if not all sprayer/misters use the same thread/pitch as the screw top bottles of H2O2 and ISO
Heres some p. cubensis LC shots
the one on the left is agar broth, interesting stuff i guess a link is in my sig.
and a macro shot of p.cubensis on coir/hpoo

it might be a good idea to copy their images and store them within your own acct, you never know when someone will get sketched and mass delete pics/posts

I have done that for the last 50+ pics but some of the earlier pics have not been stored on my account. I will definitely consider moving all of them to mine.
Need as many pics of genetic mutations as possible. Post away, I know many of you have pics of these.

PE mutants, hard to tell if the resulting deformations were from genetics/ verticillium /bacteria blotch or a mix of all
i usually get a ton of the blobs during the first flush, they tend to look more like typical PE after that

Hooba, excellent! Those cobweb mold and LC shots are outstanding! I also screw my spray nozzles directly onto my ISO alcohol bottles, great tip. I was glad it worked, I go through so much alcohol.

I just implemented a new system of easier navigation, and will be improving on this function as much as possible.
Does anyone have any disagreements or suggestions to this?:
Basically without HTML coding, this is the best I can do to make navigation quicker and simpler. We are very limited with BBC coding. Also, coming soon will be the FAQ and General Cultivation Information (GCI) section. Most of the information provided in this segment will be provided by our own Notahacker420 but we will continue to build on this until we can no longer provide more valuable information.
The facts and information in the GCI will range from temps of colonization, to circadian rhythms, to sterile procedures, to proper lighting and so on. We plan to cover most if not all general bases.

If someone were to try working with agar, I find it best to stay organized. Esp if you have gourmets going as well. I mainly have gourmets going so I made a couple mods to my workspace to help with culture tube storage. Culture tubes are much cheaper than plates when bought in bulk. So I use them quiet often for cloning. To store them I just attached a couple oven/grill wracks to the table. Second hand stores or garage sales have them for less than a buck.
