like the Componential Model is like an A - B, source feedback type model that is more like a telephone line than personal communication,  and a Developmental Model is a linear mode of levels of intimacy increasing more and more as time passes...  and a Biosocial model is ????

What do you want a biosocial model of? It is just a model that considers both biological and social contributions to a phenomena eg. a biosocial model of male sexual behaviour might include hormones and religious background.

Look it up in Google. I guess you're aware that the more terms you put in, the more limited the results. When I was at Uni my addictive behaviours lecturer used to say that a a good model of drug use would be a biopsychosocioeconomedicolegal model.

This guy's going for a communication degree.

Either that or he's taking a communication theory class as an elective, in which case he's flushing money down the toilet.

Nobody knows what it is because it has absolutely no practical use. The only reason the pseudo-science of communication exists is so that people with a masters communication can find jobs

Actually I am going for computer science, a communications class is a requirement for all majors at my school for some reason. Maybe because we have to many repressed wife-beaters in Maine... I dunno.

btw, I had it in my notes all the time and just forgot to label it..

and we didn't even have that question on the exam.

oh well, thnx guys
