Well damn, sounds like I need to try out some Mazzies! Got Depends?
Were they grown in the same manner, with the same amounts ingested?

My experience with Mazatapecs was completely different. The best visuals off a cubensis strain I ever had were from Mazzies.

Hey Yellow...I've had plenty of cubensis and copelandia trips/experiences SINCE I first grew and dosed the Mazzies, and I can still say that they have had the best visuals for me from any given strain of cube I've dosed. The cubes I've grown and dosed are Maz, EQ, Koh Samui, PES Hawaiian (most potent cube strain I ever grew), Gulf Coast and good old Golden Teacher.
Love & Light,
Boppity
PS - To answer the other question, I got my Mazatapecs spores from Sporeworks.

The mazas ive had many times are not the most potent cubies by any stretch, but highly visual and without any anxiety. Very dreamy and warm fuzzy. B+ were one of the crappiest strains ive tried (no offence) and ive tried about four isolates - rarely stain blue, not very potent - even off manure you need to eat a bunch. Nice looking, but crap strain in terms of potency. Infact i did beleive there were different cubie strain potency until i tried the B+. Out of the varieties ive tried: Most potent: Tasmanian, Argentinean, PES Amazonian, PR, GT Best experiences: Mazatapec, Tassie and Palenque Least potent: Gulf coast, B+ Crappest strains in my opinion: Treasure Coast, PF Classic and Gulf Coast. Biggest Yields: Argentineans, Tassies and Lipa Yai. Most fucked up on cubensis strain: Tassies for sure!!! You ask Ryche about them there Tassies!!

Methinks strain has little to do with potency. Of all the different mushrooms I've experienced, the environment I was in (mentally and physically) seemed to affect the visuals and body sensations, rather than an apparent difference in strains.
Of course, I have only experienced B+, EQ, Florida, and Golden Teacher mushrooms.

Methinks that Stivje and Demeijer in 1993 demonstrated that there are significant fluctuations of alkaloid content between cubensis spore races.
