night-time bliss

Human space. The crowds race in the sun. Then night falls.
Everyone else is asleep but I am awake. Now the space is mine. The energy is all mine. Bicycling under the stars, listening to Deftones on my discman. stars. haunting empty streets painted with spots of gold from the lamps.
60 or 70 degrees out. wind blowing over my freshly buzzed head. my mind is totally awake and aware and wondering.
I'm a tiny bit less confused.

When everyones asleep, and I'm awake, outside in the world I feel powerful, everything is calm and peaceful. The wolrd spins a little bit slower, and you can just relax and take it all in, without the stare of a stranger. The stars guide your way, makes things a little bit easier. Usually when I have alot on my mind, i take walks late at night, never sleep.

the woods, at night, alone. u can never experience a greater feeling of being an individual --> you alone are in charge of your entire world. i love going walk-about in the woods when it's dark...it's just magic.

I just had an amazing night-time bliss experience last night hanging out with a very cool girl. She and I used to be really close and it was the first time we'd hung out in months. The combination of the warm night with a nice breeze, an old friend coming back into my life, and the serenity of being the only people around was enough to make it the best night i've had so far this summer.

Night is generally the time most "normal" people are sleeping, therefore their conscious is out to lunch, brainwaves are vibrating in the delta state, consciousness is flexible. The "mental airwaves" are clear so to speak. 3:15 AM seems to be associated with the time in the night when the air is most clear.
None of that hustle and bustle, thoughts everywhere of stressing about must get here by then gotta pay the bills hurry faster.
Go as lucid as you want to be.
