I read that you can grind mushrooms into a powder and store/ingest them in gel capsules. Can anyone confirm the approximate weight of the amount of dry powder used to fill OO size capsules?

My friend gets about 0.5 grams in each _crammed_ in there.

Long time to kick in? My friend's kick in in like 15 minutes, 30 minutes and he's watching the ceiling melt into the flower pot and entertainment center... but the OJ technique sounds like a lot less work, my friend will try that soon

putting it in pills works real fast. I know see it as the best way. Except for all the work though.

just get a capsule machiene. you can do like 24 at a time.
goon meathod. real easy and no taste
you can also transport them real easy if being conspicuous is a problem. just say it is like ginkgo biloba if you get cought or asked. nobody is going to say otherwise unless you are sketchy looking or something.

yes there is about 0.5-0.6 grams in a 00 gel caps and it is a major pain in the but to pack them down with a pencil it takes me 1 hour to do 50 caps so if i were you i would buy the "tamper" too and what that dose is it pack the powder into all 50 gel caps using the "cap-m-quick" capper

I'll agree with the 'long time to kick in'.
I have done it that way, and one time it took 2.5-3 hours for it to kick in. Shitty thing is is that I pretty much gave up on them and was driving home when they hit. Driving on shrooms - really not fun!
I think it has something to do with how long its been since you last ate, too.

I don't know about that I had them kick in with it 15 mins the mushrooms are in a powder forum in a gel cap.The gel cap disovles right away and seeing the mushrooms are a powder you body don't have to break them down as much so I found they kick in faster.

i thought i read that if you grind up into powder, you lose some potency, like when bruised, the little devils lose potency, that's what i read, and grinding would be like the same thing . . .can anyone confirm or deny this?

no you don't lose potency when you grind them up but like downforpot said you do lose mushroom weight for example i took 2oz for dried mushrooms and when i capped them all i had 1.75oz of caps you lose alot of it from sticking to stuff and floating away with airand you will sometimes have extra powder that you can't do nothing with but save till you make some more caps up.So make sure you are willing to lose some grams to get gel caps.
