Oh yea, I forgot:

The syringes were almost clear when I got them. Does this mean the spores were killed in the mail? or just fewer spores, whihc means longer time to see mycelium.

It is normal for the spore water to look clear. They are in there. Sometimes they are hard to see with the naked eye. Your jars might be too moist, or packed too tight. Both can cause delayed mycelium. If the jars start to smell rancid they are contaminated. Is it a shity, shit-ass smell?

Well, I understand how the police part seems stupid, and I'm sorry, I guess I'm just being too careful, maybe paranoid. But the incubation part, what's the deal?

Maybe I'm just confused, but the MMGG says to just put them in a dark place, I mak my dark place warm and humid. I know it need to be warm, but is humidity important as well? Again, sorry for the foolishness.

Yesh, I think the substrate was too wet, but it definatley wasn't packed too tight. The smell isn't really shitty, it's just a faint odor of old verm. I will keep waiting. Thanks
