Well I'm sure that if you will suffer a great loss due to no more mail-in orders, wouldn't you benefit by hiring somebody to be in charge of mail-in orders? I'm sure you'd make plenty off mail-ins to pay for this added expense. Plus, the extra hand would help to speed things up.

Just a thought.

A simple clause to your speedy turn around guarantee that it doesn't apply to mail in orders. You could pick up orders on one day and spread the filling the orders out over the next week. That way you wouldn't get bogged down to where your customer service on those CC or PayPal orders would suffer.

Hi Boxtop.
I was going to suggest something along the lines of MicronMagick.  Maybe if you could boldy post somewhere on your site tha all mail orders are picked up on every Friday of the week.  Then, you could pick up the order on Friday, and mail them out the following friday when you go to get more orders. 

I think if its stated that there's a 5-10 days wait on mail orders, people will understand. 

Like Alien, I wouldn't use a CC and I'd rather have the secure feeling of no paper trail and wait another few days.

Just an idea, good luck in you decision!  :smile:

That sounds like wonderful advice from an astute businessman. There are two other options for the customers. They can do business with someone else or use the Internet and remain loyal to a vendor they are comfortable with.

Personally I see it as his business and he can do what he thinks is best. I wish him success in his endeavors.
