That sucks, it happens to us all. And if you can 'feel it' its inevitable - you know somethings wrong and theres not a lot you can do.
When my first serious GF left me it tore me to pieces, I felt it coming also. Those were a bad couple of weeks.
If you love her deeply and she is definetley not interested in staying together then you are also in for a hard few weeks.
It may feel as though the pain will never go, but it does - I know it sounds like a cliche but it really does get easier. Time heals all wounds. Give it a fortnight and you'll be fine.

I've never pulled it off, but try to get some butt sex off of her before you break it off for good. That way you can go to your grave with a fond memory of her.
Okay, that was insensative as hell, but something I wish I had done but didn't. It takes me a long fucking time to see the good and the light of a breakup and I hate the wait. Meanwhile I just imagine the buttsex. It makes me happy in a very evil way.
In lieu of that, try your best to tie up any loose ends and make a clean break out of it. You'll have lots of time to think and it might be best to fill that up with some online gaming, a hobby, reading, etc.
In my experience, if you aren't married with kid's, hearing "we need to evaluate the relationship" is the bugle call for getting on with life, finding out who YOU are as a person, where you want to go, and getting out there for some wanton sexual conquests.
But that's just me. AND I suck at getting the wanton sexual conquests.

I just had a post in here, how my girlfriend just broke up with me for another guy.
Didn't tell me she was cheating on me or anything. I ran into them...
Dude, the last few days have been HELL!!!! We've been together for 3 years...and she is over us. Saying that our time is through, its time to move on.
Seriously feels like my heart is my stomach. Last few days have been the worst days of my life. But, you know what...tonight, I already met some fine young ladies. Didnt do anything, but, just hanging out with them and looking at their beautiful selfs made me feel better.
Im not ready to hook up with another girl yet...Ive been through one of the most emotional pits Ive ever been through in my life.
Time will heal. its been only 4 days for me, and Im starting to feel a little better. Jeliousy of this guy sucks though. To think the person I slept with for 3 years is now sleeping with another guy makes me want to vomit a million times...

Time does heal such bad feelings, in a way analogous to having a bad trip and just needing to wait it out as the passage of time will provide a cure.
Over time, I've come to feel that the better one feels about oneself, the more of a sound existence you build for you, the less such things hurt and dent you...
And of course, stay away from shrooms until you feel better

my computer was down and I figured I would update you guys on everything.
things got better for a few weeks, but that didnt last, and as I thought she eventually ended it, I was pissed and sad for a few days.
now I have a new girlfriend, who is honestly far better (in bed and otherwise), far more mature, funnier, better taste in music, less cheap, and just all around cooler.
I am actully happy that I am out of the melodramatic bull shit relationship i had with Jenifer.
I guess sometimes bad things do happen for good reasons.

That shit sucks. been there. I would definatly try the buttsex though. while discussing the relationship, try to get her drunk as possible. Try to make her feel guilty, so she'll consent to the buttsex. That way, if nothing else, next time you see her in public with some other dude, you can be like, "hey, that's the girl that i got up the butt" Trust me. i heard this once and was no longer interested in the girl.

How on earth did you find and meet a new girl so soon? Man, it takes me forever to even meet one I like, period. And i'm not even that picky.
