I mumble at times. I'd say that's one of my main problems. Besides that I think I communicate pretty clearly, couldn't really tell if I had an accent. Been described in my demeanor as a chill california surfer dude by many. Guess that's my "accent".

I have my missouri "accent" infused with some stoner talk. It's actually kind of hilarious when I catch myself saying words like gnarly, dude, man, etc...
I wonder if people take me serious
I kind of want to make a recording of my voice. But just like everyone that hears their voice, they hate it, and are in denial that they sound like that. Just like me...

I don't have much of an accent, I mostly grew up outside of Washington DC and even before I moved there from further south I had little or no accent compared to those around me. However on the west coast, every now and again someone will peg me as a "southerner".
I wish I knew exactly what leads them to this conclusion, perhaps I draw out my vowels or something, I don't know. I don't mind it but it does make me curious. Personally, I love a mild southern accent, as long as it is not pronounced or uneducated sounding. I especially like it in chicks.

I'm kind of a weird one. Generally, no accent at all, I sound like a person on TV. Then I go visit my parents in the South and people tell me I sound like "a goddamn Yankee," so I guess I picked up the NJ accent. If I spend more than a week in the South then come back to Jersey all my friends tell me I sound like a redneck.

I kept a few very northern sounding words in my vernacular after moving from Connecticut to Georgia.
Both- "bolth"
Drawer- "droowa"
Hotdog- "haat dawg"

I guess my accent is something like a neutral TV accent (suburban Toronto), but with some elements of a rural Ontario or Irish accent depending on who I'm talking to and how drunk I am.
