You mean bulk substrate? You can use as much poop as you want, some people use like 1:10 some people use like 1:1, it's up to you. Someone might be able to help you with what ratio is best to start with, though.

How to make it, read the FAQ, it's all in there. Go under advanced growing, bulk substrates.
