It's really simple.

First get an ewallet number.  Blockchain.info is quick/free/simple.

Go to bitinstant.com
Click the "money gram" option and choose either Walmart/CVS or 7/11.
Put in the amount of money you want exchange for bitcoins. (Put in a few dollars extra because bitinstant charges 3% I believe and a 3.95 processing fee)
Put in your ewallet account number that blockchain assigns to you. (Make sure its right otherwise you are screwed out of your money)
Continue through the rest of the steps bitinstant brings you to.

Print out receipt, bring cash and go to Walmart/CVS or w/e you selected.

And 10 minutes later you have bitcoins in your ewallet.

If you haven't already checked out SR or have not recently, you'll be disappointed to see that practically all the classic psychedelics are sold out.

BitCoins have gone down a bit in price, though.
