Swami I didn't see anyone say that human=god means that we should not continue to strive for peace and love :smirk:

Yes, the African people SHOULD help themselves. The US and others should also try to help, and not for personal gains...just help. I think it is FAR harder to be helped than to help yourself :wink:

You are part of God. God is everywhere - in you, in your family, in the scents you smell on your way to school/work, and in the vibrations that compose the beautiful symphony of your neighborhood. God is all, and all is god, which in turn, makes you god - not *A* god, but no less a creation of God. God is all knowing, omniscient, all powerful, and ever changing - such are the qualities of ALL.

There is no "God" IMO.

There's just a bunch of "stuff."

"Thou art God"

They've been saying that since the 60's.

I like to think of it more along the lines of:

"I am not. God IS"

Not that "thou art God" isn't true... it just tends to lead to psychosis when misinterpreted...

A great post, and its the 12th, what a nice day for it.

Truely controlling your reality is a huge responsiblity. Not too long ago my ego took over, i wanted it so much i would create it, which didn't work. I really glad i have been shown myself, because now that i see myself i don't think i should use such a sword.

Reality conforms to the spirit. I should have learned this already.
