This is so fucked up. While I do understand the danger associated with bodily fluids, this is far too harsh a sentence.

Oh, I did a search and didn't find it. Sorry. Edit - Did another search and found it this time in OTD. This does bring up a question I have though, Do any of you ever have problems with the search function? I have a difficult time finding what I am looking for when searching the site. Any suggestions?

I often have better luck with the main search engine in the menu bar between Entrance and My Home. Just be sure to select the correct forum and the correct Date Range.

Isn't that kind of double jeopardy? Look,I'm sure this guy is a piece of shit but his previous convictions shouldn't carry over to new ones. This is clearly "cruel and unusual punishment". He should get sodomized for the rest of his life for spitting on someone?

No, that was my opinion. The law were it happened allows for that sentence for the crime. I just think the system in this case worked in spite of itself. The law is ridiculous though.

They should have shot him or thrown him in a deep, dark hole forever for beating women. That way he wouldn't have been free to spit on the cop. Now I'm typically not one to side with the police, but some of the assholes roaming this country really do need to be shot. Especially the ones who beat and rape women. Rape is the worst thing you can do to a human, especially if you don't kill them. They'll spend the rest of their lives trying to recover from something like that, so a life sentence or death is not cruel and unusual for that kind of crime.
