Greetings From Marz,
AFOAF of mine has this casing in his terr that wont seem to pin. He used a straight verm case (which he has had success with in the past) wont seem to pin. He used 2 quarts of millet spawned in poo, incubated till 100%, then fruited... it has been in the fruiting chamber for 10 days now and no sign of life heh.. His conditions are as follows. Temps are about 75 and he mists and fans 3 times a day, but what his question was..is constant air exchange good for these babies? his strain is Creepers. cause he has a fan that can constantly circulate the air in the room, but if he does this , the RH drops BIG TIME.. hes tried some of the tricks of the trade..such as injecting with pure distilled and case dunking... there are no signs of comtam at all,(hes had his run ins with contam, and knows what it is ) what would the best method he could take in order for his cases to start producing fruit.? he has dropped the temps, gives it light, fans and mists..he really cant think of anything else to get it along on its way...any useful information would greatly help him in his fruiting stage...i know Coir is ideal and has had GREAT success with it in the past..but funds are low as of now and all he has left is verm..since he hasn't had problems with it before he figured he would use what he had..the mycelium is bright white, and smells delish! just cant understand why it wont pin. Please..anyone out there that can help him out would be greatly appreciated... Lost
