Habitat: Grass, side of the road, UK, today Gills: Yellow boletus like gills,
Stem: 1-2inch, 1/2 inch wide, white/yellow/brown, slightly brittle/stringy,solid, thick,
Cap: 1-2inch wide BRIGHT yellow when fresh going brown now, was sticky not anymore(2hoursish),spherical, convex/
Spore print hasn't been done yet, tomorrow morning, sorry got an interview to prepare for
Bruising: dunno if it does??
Other information: I really want to eat a boletus!! Which if these are is great cos there's at least 20!! Boletus edulis, "like its name implies, is an edible mushroom. Italian chef and restaurateur Antonio Carluccio has described it as representing "the wild mushroom par excellence" The interview tomorrow is for a new Carluccio's in Worcester!!! Far out man!!

It is a Suillus, likeliy S. granulatus. Peel the skin from the cap, and it's a pretty good edible!

The skin doesn't peel off that easily but it does come, actually that's really weird, it's just comes off in one piece!!! So it's not boletus at all? First thing in the morning I'm getting the lot, Thanks guys, can't wait to start drying these out and finding recipes

Well, it is related to Boletus. They are good, some people like them even more than Boletus edulis. You only need to remove the skin becuse it's slimy, tough and can cause indigestion. If you can, post a clearer picture tomorrow, just so we can be cartain that it's really that.
