If its anything like what Ive seen, a couple of grains have greenish tint to it, its just the colour of the rice. Ive was once worried that happened but the mycelium just over grew it and everything turned out fine.

I dunno, I have noticed that with organic brown rice, there are many abnormalitites that should be OK, as long as you sterilize. Hope that helps...
