I have known this for awhile but didnt feel like growing yet but in the last couple of months I have been bitten by the cactus bud!, and I will start growing soon and the best part is ........

What the fuck can a bunch of cops say if they come in my backyard even if they know what it is what am I going to be charged with, grafting one legal cactus to another??

The reason its legal here is when that cunt Emily Murphy wrote her book the black candle (a racist load of trash about drugs and minorites taking over canada , enslaving the white man etc etc)
the government banned Opium and all other drugs but didnt take the peyote from the idians cayse they were afraid that if they did and the indians wanted it other people Cannabis etc etc is part of their religon!(and WHY THE COULDNT IT BE?!)

Mescaline is illegal but not the sacred cactus ..........allright now you have your ispiration fellow canadians.........GO>............GROW :grin:

You know, I think the USA is the only country where peyote is illegal. (it may also be illegal in Mexico, I'm not sure of this) It's a stupid and terrible thing to make a native, endangered plant illegal.
Anyway, just about anyone else in any other country can buy and grow peyote, not just in Canada.

yea in the states that i was in it was illegal for no hoiuchol indians to do or have. but it was sold at a state fair.hmm. mexico is just like that. they also dig up the whole root and everthing when they pick to bad.
