Ok say AFOAF can't get a syringe under any circumstances but already has a spore print. Is there any other possible way to innoculate BRF cakes witha print???

no but he can use "agar" on a "petri dish" then cut a triangle of the mycelium from it then put it into the "rye" and shake it up

Use some kind of filter in the top of your jar like when doing grain.  (tyvek, filter disk, polyfil)  Skip the vermiculite layer.  In as sterile an environment as possible (like a glovebox) carefully remove the lid and use a sterile object to scrape spores from the print into the jar.

You should look into whole grain techniques, you can innoculate the same way I just mentioned with the added advantage of being able to shake the jars; complete colonization often occurs in 7-14 days.  These techniques aren't really more difficult than PF-tek, in fact once you get the hand of it you'll probably look at it as easier and less of a pain.  You definately need a pressure cooker, but its worth it to get one if you're serious about this hobby anyway.

Good luck
