The weight thing at the top... is it supposed to be rocking consistently during the PC? Once I heat it up and it starts rocking, I put it on low heat and it continues to rock.. just wondering if thats how its supposed to work.

I just got a presto and water seems to leak from the lid and the guage never rises above 0 psi. I have the little rocking thing and I can hear water bubbling and see steam coming out, but I don't know if it's at 2 psi, 15psi, or 0 psi. Any way I can save what seems to be broken :frown: ?

I think i figured it out... the little rocker thing will rock constantly when its at 15 PSI... put it on medium heat till it starts to wobble, then put it on low... and proceeed... I had the same problems you had.
