cup, jelly, LBMs

Howdy!

Found my first cup fungus. This just doesn't key out for me. This is only a couple centimeters large. Grew on its lonesome on a decayed branch:

I wan't to call it orange peel cup but it doesn't seem to match pics of that fungus...

Is this considered a jelly? Next to it were some dark brown specimens of the same shape, I expect they were more mature. Again, this is stumping me. Only a couple centimeters around.

What are these? My field guides aren't helping. My daughter calls them sun mushrooms, but she's only three and she can't read. The caps are three centimeters, tops:

Pholiota squarrosa? Shame I didn't get a better picture but it was in a weird spot. On a dead tree.

Just a shot of some LBMs I thought I'd share. Cute lil mushy fam:

Your friend,

J.A. Lope

1) Peziza sp.
2) Lycogala epidendrum
3) Mycena aff. luteopalens (is it under a nut tree?)
4) Hemistropharia albocrenulata
5) Mycena galericulata

Thanks, gents. Love the common names for these things. Wolf's milk! Rosy-gill fairy helmet!

Re: #3. I don't know if it was under a nut tree or not. I'm working on tree IDs but I only know a few, sadly.

The hemistropharia is so gnarly. It can be my wingman any time.

Haha, thanks. I used the tripod for #s 1 & 5.
I took a grip of pics of various LBMs but didn't want to photobomb this joint. Being new, you know...
