Found on cow plop. The variety on the right seems to be bruising black or dark blue, same color on the gills. The ones on the left are still orange/brown.

any thoughts?

Pretty hard to ID with not-so great pictures of dried up specimens.

The ones on the left of the first picture are something weird, Im not sure what they are.

All the rest of the mushrooms appear to be Panaeolus. Possibly some different species. The smaller ones, if bruising blue will be Pan. cyanescens. The larger one in the bottom picture, if pretty much pure white would be a Pan. antillarum, which is inactive. The blue bruising cyanescens are active but Id wait for a better ID, or give us some better pictures of some better mushrooms!

this may help:

i think i got the color balance closer to normal in the second pic, and there i can definately see some king of bruising in at least the two bottem center mushrooms. if you are unsure i'll try some more color adjustments to be sure if it is really blue.

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it.
If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.
