I've heard that PB's are supposed to be very resistant to contams. I've got a jar of them going, and oddly enough ... they're the only ones with contams. Coincidence I'm sure but ... how likely is it that a 75% colonized jar of PBs of popcorn will survive a green mold problem? The mold is covering about 5% of the jar.
I'll be putting these outdoors, how much does that help me cause?
Not much. The only thing i see you can do now is too scope the contaminant right now and dunk the colonized substrate in h2o2:h2o solution. Make the casings but throw the whole thing if you see green contamination.
