Need a quiet strong fan for automated grow chamber...

I need a small yet powerful fan... It has to be strong enough to do an air exchange for a 100g fishtank everyday, and mabey a few times a day.
Any heating ideas. Im used to the fishtank heater in a glass bottle but im not sure if it'll be enough.
I also went out and bought a vicks coolmist humidifier. The ultrasonic ones seem too unreliable
My final plan is to have a suspension chamber on one half of the tank and the other half for heating and casings.
I just want some helpful coments on automated fruiting chambers in general.

Aquarium pumps work well and are quiet. They introduce enough air to recirculate and exchange gasses.
If you prefer more air, computer fans also work.
Either set to a timer will work well.

Computer fans work well, pick up a 120mm intake and exhaust fan for like 10 bux a piece. They will do some moderate CFM flowage....

For a computer fan, what are you people using to power them? I see this one fan I have here which is quite a small one needs 12V dc at 0.12A
What are you using to power them?

Computer fans are probably the best bet -- they're made to be quiet.
To power them? Find a computer set out for garbage pick up and rip the fucker's PSU out of it. Got everything ya need right there.

Power supply fans are only 80mm which might be a little lax. I would recomend atleast a 92mm or 120mm fan, they really push out alot more CFM. You could use any 12v power supply, batterys, whatever.

I didn't say to use a PSU fan -- I just said to rip a PSU out for a 12V power source, with convenient connectors and wiring already supplied, if you're using computer fans.
